A gênese

Nunca fui lá muito chegado em Genesis. Mesmo os ótimos "Nursery Cryme", "Selling England by the Pound" e "The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway", nunca foram capazes te cativar meus ouvidos a ponto de me dizer fã. Mas é difícil não dar atenção especial a este "Genesis Archive 1967-1975". Um box lançado em 98 com quatro CDs que fazem um apanhado da primeira e melhor fase da banda, só com material inédito. E no arquivo deles material inédito é o que não falta. Entre as iguarias, a performance ao vivo na íntegra do "The Lamb..." em 1973, demos, b-sides e gravações na BBC em 70. Overdubs e mais overdubs. Mas e daí? Pela primeira vez não tive motivos para reclamar da produção de um álbum do Genesis.
